14-Day Return Policy

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and further instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Packaging and Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
